Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is applicable to the app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Puzzoolita Games Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.

Anonymous Analytical Data

The Application also collects anonymous analytical data to improve the user experience, performance, and stability of the game. This data is collected for internal purposes and helps the Service Provider optimize the Application's functionality and user satisfaction. This data won't be shared with any third party.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. It does collect general location data to provide services such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and analytics to improve the Application.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.

To delete all previous personal data shared about you, you can reset your Advertising ID by following these instructions:

Resetting Advertising ID - Apple iOS

You may reset your device’s Advertising Identifier, which will result in your device being disassociated from ad targeting profiles based on the Advertising Identifier in effect prior to reset. You can do this by clicking on Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Reset Advertising Identifier on your iOS device.

Resetting Advertising ID - Google Android

You can reset your advertising ID by clicking the menu icon to display the apps list, then finding and selecting the Google Settings icon, then selecting Ads > Reset advertising ID on your Android device.

Important note: As long as you continue using the Application, data will continue to be collected.

GDPR Compliance (EEA and UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), the Application complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You will be prompted to give your consent before any personal data collection occurs. You can modify or revoke this consent at any time via the Application's settings under Settings > Legal > GDPR.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data, including any analytics collected. Deleting data can be easily performed within the Application under Settings > Legal > GDPR. This will delete all data previously collected and prevent future collection of analytical data.

LGPD Compliance (Brazil)

For Brazilian users, the Application complies with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). A consent message will appear during use, and you can change your consent at any time in the settings under Settings > Legal > LGPD. You also have the right to request deletion of all collected data, including analytics, from the same settings menu.

CCPA Compliance (United States)

If you are located in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, the Application complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other state laws with similar provisions. You have the right to request that the Service Provider not sell your personal information. This can be done through the Application settings under Settings > Legal > CCPA.

The "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" option will prevent your data from being shared with third parties for marketing purposes and will ensure your information is not sold.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected data may be retained for up to 24 months.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

Security

The Service Provider takes steps to protect your information through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. However, no system is entirely secure, and the Service Provider cannot fully guarantee data protection.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The Service Provider encourages you to review this page from time to time for any changes.
